
Chris is CEO of RED Hospitality and Leisure. RED is a leading provider of vertically integrated resort services and experiences, including watersports, beach, pool, concierge, transportation and destination management services. Our organization specializes in providing critical guest-facing departments with subject matter experts, passionate associates and dedicated management. Our vertically integrated model allows us to provide an end-to-end, highly curated guest experience, driving increased guest satisfaction and revenue for our hotel partners.
Jason is responsible for leading REDs six markets and it’s subsidiary businesses, focused on sales, marketing, brand and product development. Jason brings over twenty years of experience in Hospitality, focusing on hotel integration, opening project management, guest service standards, and organizational capabilities as RED launches in additional locations and expands their current footprints across South Florida, the Caribbean and Hawaii.
Kendall leads RED’s finance and accounting team across all current business markets. Kendall previously worked for Sebago Watersports, before starting her career in public accounting. In her public accounting tenure, Kendall honed expertise in financial statement & employee benefit plan audits, reviews, compilations, and M&A purchase price allocation. Upon RED’s 2019 acquisition of Sebago, Kendall was excited to make the full-circle move back to Key West and to the hospitality/tourism industry which is a passion of hers.
Troy is responsible for the management of all assets across the 5 business markets within RED Hospitality & Leisure. Troy has over 25 years experience in the marine industry with a focus area in resort and hospitality management. He has lived in the US Virgin Islands since 2002, growing and expanding his expertise in vessel maintenance, systems operations, customizing vessel design applications, USCG compliance and training teams to offer first class charter experience.
With almost 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations, Wendy has worked in non-profit, private, state and U.S.V.I local government. She has been in the Virgin Islands for over 13 years working in locations such as the Virgin Islands Department of Education, Virgin Islands Department of Labor, St. John Westin Resort & Villa as well as the Director of Human Resources for Caneel Bay. Wendy is accountable for culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, organization development and effectiveness, labor relations, talent management and the overall employee experience.
